It is crucial that we are provided with an accurate list of your serivces, phone numbers, a url, and all licsence numbers required on your prints. Please note, 1st round proofs are sent with Sample Service placeholder data. Attention to detail is required throughout the proofing process, and prior to going to press.

Whoever is the decision maker, and responsible for signing off on proofs.

A secondary website, or blog. Please do not include Social sites.
The email address that is to be printed and or displayed digitally.
Please provide each trade and the corresponding license number, separated with commas. (i.e.: Electrical Lic E6482-576, Plumbing Lic P485-000)

Source files should be vector files, and in the highest resolution available. PDF or EPS files recommended and preferred. If you have access to AI or PSD files, please email those files to orders@print-fast.com
